I am currently halfway through my second phase of training with Nate as my coach (about 8 weeks in). I could not be happier with my results so far. Nate's guidance has included providing me with a custom meal plan, workout schedule, and bi-weekly checkups to track my progress, tweak my plans and keep me motivated. So far I am extremely happy with my progress under Nate's guidance. I have both toned and put on muscle. Nate has got me following (and enjoying) a meal plan plan for the first time in my life. He gave me great recipes and taught me to set snacks and meals on a timed schedule to train my body to fuel up regularly. He made balanced unique workout routines that continually challenge my body and train me in a different way than I have ever trained before. Nate's positive attitude and sense of humour along with his knowledge and understanding of the body, topped off with his consideration in helping to make a custom plan that fits with my lifestyle, tastes, and goals has made him an ideal coach - I could not be happier!
